Regular products typically take about 7 days, while complicated projects like new print designs can take up to 21 days.
Do I need to pay for samples?
Usually, we do not charge for samples. However, small fees may apply for complicated developments such as fresh dyed fabrics or new print designs.
What are the standard payment terms?
Payments are in US$. We require 30% in advance, with the remaining 70% balance paid against the Bill of Lading (B/L). L/C at sight is available for large orders.
How is the production process supervised?
In-house staff oversee production and provide regular photo updates. Shipping samples are sent for verification prior to delivery. We also welcome third-party QC.
What is the standard production lead time?
For regular styles with standard fabric, we need 20 days for prep. Orders under 10k pieces take ~40 days; over 10k pieces take 50-60 days.
Do you provide a return or refund service?
Yes, we take full responsibility. If items fail quality control, we refund the cost (up to 100 pcs) or manufacture replacements for larger quantities at no extra cost.
