Usually, it will take 7 working days to make a fresh sample.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1000pcs per color per style. For special fabrics like bamboo or organic cotton, the MOQ is 5000pcs. For quantities between 100-1000pcs, we can use similar market fabrics with a adjusted unit cost.
What is your production delivery time?
The delivery time is approximately 35 days after the confirmation of the PP sample, depending on the order quantity.
What are your payment terms?
We usually accept T/T, L/C, and Western Union.
Can you provide OEM services?
Yes, our main products include T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, and jackets, all of which can be customized via our professional OEM service.
How do you handle sample fees?
Sample and courier fees are paid by the buyer. However, these fees are fully refundable once a formal order is placed by deducting the amount from the final goods proceeds.
