How long do samples normally take?
This typically depends on the type of sample but might take from 7 days for regular products and up to 21 days for more complicated projects such as developing new print designs.
Do I need to pay for samples?
Usually, we do not charge for standard samples. However, for complicated products like new print designs or fresh dyed fabrics involving extra development fees, a small fee will be charged.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is in US$. Standard terms are 30% advance, with the balance before loading or against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is also accepted for larger orders.
What are the standard production lead times?
Lead times vary by volume and design. Generally, for regular styles, we need about 20 days for fabric preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces take roughly 40 days; larger orders take 50-60 days.
Do you provide a return or replacement service?
Yes, we take responsibility for our goods. If items fail quality control, we refund the cost (up to 100 pieces). For more than 100 failed pieces, we manufacture replacements at no extra cost.
